Minimum Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a master’s degree in biology or a master’s degree and 18 graduate hours in biology, coursework in anatomy and physiology, and teaching experience required. Successful results of a background check are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Prefer earned doctorate in biological sciences or related field and two or more years teaching experience at a post-secondary institution.
Duties:The Biology Instructor will teach day and/or evening classes in biological sciences, especially Anatomy & Physiology, Zoology and General Biology throughout the district. The instructor will serve on committees and participate in the review of curriculum and selection of textbooks.
Salary:$34,828.00
